For greater than two decades she has aided front line staff to executive leadership in reaching their desired goals for improvement. This improvement includes competency; sustainable systems; increase customers; improve customer satisfaction; improve customer retention and favorable outcomes. She worked in management for eighteen years; four of the eighteen years in senior leadership. Her position as The Chief Clinical Officer in the healthcare field allowed her to work with frontline staff; managers; directors; managing directors and C suite members. She carried the charge to integrate all departments and simultaneously get buy-in from all stakeholders to work in harmony.

She was able to leverage compliance, quality control, manage daily operations and remain knowledgeable in the ever-changing healthcare industry. With her experience and knowledge, she decided to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator considering her connection with real estate since March 2000. This role allows her to help Real Estate professionals increase operational efficiency with the transaction process; improve collaboration and communication with all stakeholders. In addition, ensure the presence of advanced and/or timely mitigation in areas in need of process improvement; strengthen customer satisfaction; customer retention and sustain industry compliance by ensuring standards are current.
